I cannot emphasize it enough: I LOVE what I do for a living. Working with these rare, antique reclaimed lumbers is a true joy. With that said, it is important to recognize that reclaimed lumber differs greatly from modern wood. It can have a mind of its own; it can be warped and bowed, and two sections of the same board may take identical stains in totally different ways. I work tirelessly to ensure that I can produce as consistent a product as is possible, sometimes, you will find minor bow or slight warp with your wood. Certainly there will be nail holes and wear markings.
Luckily, these imperfections are generally what draws our customers to my shelving again and again.
While I do offer returns on products, I ask you to please consider all the facts about reclaimed barn wood products before you order.

Returns for damage in transit items is never any issue and I pay shipping costs

Returns for reasons of you changing your mind or you decided that you actually don’t love real old barn wood are at buyers expense
