Here at the woodshop, we do our best not just to produce sturdy barnwood items, but to make sure our customers are excited about what we send to their homes and offices. So we’ve implemented a two-tiered exchange system:

If an item must be exchanged due to our sending the incorrect item, or because of shipping damages, we’ll gladly ship the item back to you at our expense!

Exchanges for any other reason, however, we must charge the customer the cost of shipping. Please note that if you are interested in a large custom order and do not want to risk having to ship your order back and forth, we can send samples before we ship the full order.
